According to intelligence from the two countries, these attacks are only increasing

The Russian Federation army has used chemical weapons against Ukraine thousands of times , and recently such attacks have only intensified.
According to Politico , this was stated by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Kaia Kallas after a meeting of EU foreign ministers. According to intelligence reports from Germany and the Netherlands, since the start of the full-scale war, the occupiers have used chemical weapons at least nine thousand times:
“Because the intelligence community is saying that this is escalating, I think it’s very, very concerning. It shows that Russia wants to cause as much pain and suffering as possible to make Ukraine surrender. And, you know, it’s really… intolerable.”
Use of chemical weapons
Most countries in the world, including Russia, have joined the international convention that prohibits the use, production, development, and stockpiling of chemical weapons.
The Russian Federation is among the 65 countries that have not only signed this Convention, but also officially ratified it.
In October last year, the Command of the Support Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published frightening statistics on the use of chemical weapons by the occupiers – at that time, more than four thousand such cases were known.
We are talking about K-51 and RG-VO gas grenades, as well as ammunition with dangerous chemical compounds of an unidentified type.

And the UN says, “Zzzzzzzz…”
