They wrote a manual for Trump on how to deal with Ukraine after returning to the White House

The authors of the book, ardent Trumpists, have no doubt that their idol will once again become the president of America.

Ideological allies are already preparing a program basis for a possible second term of Donald Trump . A group of Trumpists has written a book devoted to the “America First” strategy, in which, among other things, President Trump’s strategy for the Russian-Ukrainian war is proposed.

As the Associated Press writes after reviewing the content of the book, which is to go on sale next week, its authors are from the America First Policy Institute. They are eager to help Trump avoid the mistakes of 2016, when he entered the White House largely unprepared.

Both the authors of the book and Trump himself claim that they are independent of each other. At the same time, the authors say that they talked a lot with the ex-president, in particular discussing the topic of Ukraine.

The book’s editor, Fred Fleitz, expressed hope that the book will serve as a guide and intellectual foundation for Trump’s implementation of his “America First” strategy.

What the authors suggest to Trump regarding Ukraine:

  • The authors predict that the Ukrainian army will likely lose ground over time, and advise Trump not to continue “sending weapons into a dead end that Ukraine will eventually find difficult to overcome.”
  • Further military aid to Ukraine must be made dependent on Ukraine’s participation in peace negotiations with Russia. As soon as a peace agreement is concluded, the US should continue arming Ukraine as a deterrent to Russia.
  • Ukraine should not be forced to abandon the goal of returning all its territory, but Kyiv should agree to diplomacy and wait for “a future diplomatic breakthrough, which probably will not happen before Putin leaves office.”
  • Putin can be persuaded to join the peace talks if the prospect of Ukraine’s NATO membership is postponed for a long period. Instead, the US should create a “long-term security architecture for the defense of Ukraine” on the basis of direct cooperation between Kyiv and Washington.
  • To finance the recovery of Ukraine, it is necessary to introduce “taxes” on the sale of Russian energy resources.

  1. Every bullet point in that shower of shit is pretty much pure kremkrapp. Except the last point; which Ukraine can fully agree with.

    As for:

“Putin can be persuaded to join the peace talks if the prospect of Ukraine’s NATO membership is postponed for a long period. Instead, the US should create a “long-term security architecture for the defense of Ukraine” on the basis of direct cooperation between Kyiv and Washington.” :-

Putler is not going to negotiate unless defeated or offered 95-99% of what he wants by Trumpkov.
Ukraine’s membership (or not) of Nato is nothing whatsoever to do with putler. The Nazi shitweasel has got to be made to understand that independent countries cannot be coerced into expediting policies of a fascist foreign power.

The “long-term security architecture for the defense of Ukraine” can and should be based on the Budapest Memorandum; ie Ukraine’s legal borders are sacrosanct and must be returned and then defended by a DMZ.

  2. I hope they used crayons in different colors to highlight the important points and such.

    • It reportedly is a BOOK, Mr. Facts! No amount of crayon usage will make Trump open it. It’s like trying to make dog poo more attractive by sticking a cherry inside! 💩

  3. These are just more armchair generals who predicted the demise of Kyiv after 3 days and have been proven wrong time and time again. Now that Congress finally got to vote on support for Ukraine I for one don’t see them yielding anything they can’t take back quickly.

  4. They wrote a BOOK with recommendations? For TRUMP? FAIL! 😁
Yet another funny example of mission creep. Did they totally forget that any plan with more than three bullet points overwhelms the mental capacity of their leader?

  5. From reading previous comments I can see we all perceive this for what it is: a collection of contradictions, appeasements, and clownery, authored by ignorant amateurs. For example, they say Kyiv should agree to diplomacy after Putin leaves office. Zelenskyy has already said he would do that. There is one, possibly two ideas even worth reading. It’s obvious that Ukraine needs either NATO membership or a half-million NATO troops stationed within Ukraine. Any “security architecture” that falls short of this is a joke. I presently believe Trump’s Ukraine policy will hinge on his VP. If he goes with Elise Stefanik, then Putin will get his wienie stepped on. Otherwise, it’s anyone’s guess.
