Sure, it’s a bad day for the economy, but there is a silver lining: It’s making for some hilarious online content.
After President Donald Trump imposed massive tariffs on U.S. trading partners on Wednesday, U.S. and global markets plunged perilously ― enough that JPMorgan is saying a recession is “likely” if the policies continue.
But there is a silver lining: Many people are using the news as a source for humor ― and, yes, the Trump tariff memes have been on fire ever since.
And since Trump inexplicably decided to impose tariffs on some islands near Antarctica where no humans live, many of the tariff memes featured penguins.

This is how the “brains” in the WH calulated the tariffs.
But if you unpick the formula above it boils down to simple maths: take the trade deficit for the US in goods with a particular country, divide that by the total goods imports from that country and then divide that number by two.
KINDERGARTEN CALCULATIONS………………………………..
The calculations were faulty because they were far too simple. Many aspects could not be included, and so some countries got tariff rates that are much higher than a better and fairer calculation would’ve brought.
The penguins are certainly not happy. The shithole countries are very happy with Trump.
And for that, the rest of the planet hates us.
Make America Great Again, Make Russia Great Again, we see the nice results……………..2 ‘great’ leaders………….
The US has become a worldwide laughingstock, thanks to the dumbest POTUS ever.
