According to Vladislav Seleznev, Russian large landing ships remain at repair plants in Crimea, but they are unlikely to return to service anytime soon.
There is not a single Russian warship left in the temporarily occupied Crimea, said military expert and Ukrainian Armed Forces Colonel Vladislav Seleznev, Espreso reports .

According to him, there are large Russian landing ships at repair yards in Crimea, but they are unlikely to be put into service in the near future.
“Restoration work is ongoing… Please note that any movement of large landing ships towards Sevastopol or in the opposite direction turns into a complex quest. The enemy is forced to constantly provide combat security for the VDK, launching high-speed boats ahead. But, this is also a matter of time (when they will be destroyed – UNIAN), our Sea Babies are working,” Seleznev noted.
He also recalled that the Russians are continuing to repair the Rostov-on-Don submarine in Crimea: “The outer hull has been restored, and work is continuing to launch it. It is a matter of time before this Varshavyanka-type submarine turns into a pile of scrap metal.”

“Ukraine decides to open Black Sea to permanent presence of NATO ships”
Putinismus ante mortem, Amen.

Seems to be coming from a rogue Belarusian media outlet.
In his speech yesterday Zelensky clearly mentions this decree but actually remains vague on the details. The terms used by Nexta are a bit exaggerated. Sorry.
“I also signed a decree today that enacts the National Security and Defense Council’s decision on the new Maritime Security Strategy of Ukraine. This document takes into account the security changes and innovations that we have ensured, particularly in the Black Sea, in the development of our forces. This is a modern strategy, and we will implement it together with our partners. In the near future, I am going to discuss the details of this Strategy with them. ” Zelensky
There was another article posted about Russia’s Black Sea fleet being defeated “There was much speculation that a cornered Putin might resort to extreme measures, including the use of nuclear weapons. In fact, he responded to the humiliating defeat of the Black Sea fleet by quietly leaving Crimea”
Interesting point of view, Putin ships were vulnerable in Crimea’s port. I wouldn’t call it defeat, this is a strategic move in order to protect the fleet.
But if it makes you feel better to call it a defeat and it helps you sleep at night, then keep calling it a defeat. This by no means a defeat of the Russian Black Sea fleet.
When Russia surrender’s to Ukraine, then you can call it a defeat.
