Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov assessed the supply of weapons from the United States and Great Britain. According to the politician, Ukraine received what we could only dream of before.

Reznikov stated this on the air of the talk show  “Freedom of Speech”  on ICTV.

He did not disclose details about what kind of weapons arrived in Ukraine, but noted that “there is a lot of interesting things there.” According to Reznikov, he has been negotiating with partners for a long time and the consequences of such negotiations can be clearly assessed.

“You can see the consequences – planes that arrive from London, two planes from the United States … And tomorrow (January 25 – UNIAN) we will meet the third plane with help,” the politician said.

Speaking about whether Ukraine received air defense systems and Patriot missiles, Reznikov indicated that he would not disclose details yet.

“But believe me, that assistance already contains many interesting things that we dreamed about before,” the defense minister said.

Earlier, UNIAN already reported that the second batch of military aid from the United States arrived in Ukraine. The states transferred more than 80 tons of weapons to Kiev to strengthen the defense capability of Ukraine, Reznikov noted.
