The claim that Ukraine, with the help of ATACMS, will be able to hit most of the military aircraft from which Russia attacks Ukrainian territory, is false. This was stated by the adviser of the White House on communications in the field of national security, John Kirby, during a briefing on Wednesday, September 4.
Answering the question of Yulia Yarmolenko , a correspondent of the Ukrainian service of the Voice of America, about whether it is possible to change the policy of the United States regarding long-range strikes deep into Russia in view of the next attacks of the Russian Federation, in particular, on Poltava and Lviv, where civilians were killed, Kirby noted that at the moment “there are no announcements about no changes”.
At the same time, he added, Russia has already relocated its planes deep into the country, and the Ukrainian military would not be able to hit them even with long-range weapons.
“Nothing has changed in our policy regarding strikes deep into Russia and across Russian territory. I also think it’s important to note, if I may, that 90% of the aircraft that Russia uses for guided aerial bombs and long-range missile strikes, we estimate that, 90% of they are located 300 kilometers from the Ukrainian border, so we will simply give them (the Ukrainians – ed.) ATACMS and say – “okay!” And they will be able to hit most of the Russian planes from where the strikes are conducted on Ukraine, is false. This is a false argument,” said Kirby.
At the same time, the White House adviser on communications in the field of US national security noted that the US continues to work on strengthening Ukrainian air defense:
“What Putin is doing is hitting civilian infrastructure, trying, especially in the run-up to winter, to knock out power grids. It’s disgusting. Unfortunately, that’s his method. It’s not something new that he hasn’t done before. Nothing it’s changed in our position that Ukraine should be able to use the tools that are available to defend themselves. As the Voice of America wrote , international observers condemned the attacks of the Russian Federation on Lviv, where seven people died, including a child, as well as on other Ukrainian cities.
In particular, Michael McFaul , a professor at Stanford University, the US ambassador to Russia, wrote on the X network: “Just terrorism. Leaders in the free world should do more to allow Ukrainians to defend themselves.”

Kirby is a dirty liar, just like the rest of Biden’s marshmallow administration. That’s right, Biden and his administration are made up of dirty liars. Period.
The White House KNEW all along which ruskie aircraft were stationed in which airfields. The White House KNEW which of those aircraft attacked what types of targets, and even knows which aircraft are using what weapons.
These are facts.
What this clown doesn’t mention is that the White House COULD’VE acted quickly by handing Ukraine the tools AND the permission AND the intelligence info so that it could destroy those planes BEFORE the cockroaches moved them out of harms way!
No! The White House instead WAITED for the cockroaches to move those planes further back AND THEN announce to the world, that they are too far back for the ATACMS.
School children are better at inventing excuses than this collection of clowns in the White House.
Another thing this asshole doesn’t mention is that those planes could still be attacked, using Tomahawks, which the White House doesn’t send to Ukraine.
The White House has blood on its hands. That’s plain and simple. And Kirby, being ex-military, has shown to be a useful idiot for the coward administration. If he had morals, dignity, and honor, he would quit, telling the spineless pack of jerks – especially Biden and Sullivan – that he can’t work for a cowardly and corrupt administration that’s helping mafia land kill civilians EVERY DAY!
