🗣️“When you are in prison, you think about your entire life,” said a young man. “I wanted to start a family and have children. Today, if I ever can’t have any, I’ll know why.”

𝗜𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮 𝗜𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗸𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝟭𝟵 when he was captured by the 🇷🇺 at the Azovstal plant in Mariupol on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮.During his 𝟭𝟬 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, the Ukrainian soldier endured countless acts of tortиre— but there is one he has always kept silent about:
𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝗶𝗺 𝗯𝘆 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿𝘀.

After ru*ssia withdrew from the Kyiv region in April 2022 and part of the occupied territories in the east was liberated seven months later, Ukrainians began to discover the 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 🇷🇺’𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀— used as a 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗮𝗿 against 𝗺𝗲𝗻, 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀.

But the 𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴, and it is so rare for survivors to speak out, that this 𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗲𝘁, 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲.

According to the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 (𝗢𝗛𝗖𝗛𝗥):
✅Since February 24, 2022, the OHCHR has documented 𝟯𝟳𝟬 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
✅𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟲𝟴% 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 (252 men and two minors)
✅𝟯𝟬𝟲 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 occurred in prison and were committed by “𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 🇷🇺 𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗹𝗮𝘄 𝗲𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀.”

Meanwhile, Ukraine’s Prosecutor General has recorded 𝟯𝟰𝟰 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 of war-related sexиal violence, including 𝟭𝟮𝟰 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗻— but experts believe these numbers are 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗲. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱.

The unspoken trauma of sexual crimes against Ukrainian men by the Russian army

Sexual violence is being used by the Russians as a form of torture in nearly all detention centers, both in Russia and in occupied areas. Over 68% of the victims are male, according to the United Nations. However, the voices of survivors are so rare that this phenomenon remains largely invisible.

From what I remember of those reports one of the youngest victims was about 4 and one of the oldest over 80. Some of these videos I even saw myself on Russian TV channels including also Animal abuse, Goat, Cows, Sheep. There seems to be no limit.

Carlo Lippold Yes, you’re right. According to multiple verified reports, survivors of sexual violence committed by ru*sians range from toddlers to the elderly. I remember reports describing how they #tortured 2-year-old children with #spoons—right in front of their parents . The cruelty was not only physical—it was designed to destroy everything human.

So that’s how Russian men are? No glory, no honour, no Integrity? Raping everything that moves?
Weak. So low and nasty that no one could ever respect those doing deeds like that. And If these are ordered acts and Part of their strategy, it means the rape is what is in the minds of the leaders, politicians backing up this war and the head of the Church. Which means it is no wonder that 🎃 admires them so much.
Russia rapes. No glory in that.

May He Inspire other Ukrainians to speak up about the torture, the abuse they suffered, they saw while in Russian Prisons, territories occupied by Russian forces during this War!! Imagine the world’s response if a story like this one was exposed and it was Australian Military Forces or French Military Forces that did this .

Why is it no big deal when a Socialist Nation or Communist Nation does this , but when a free nation does this it is in all headlines world wide ?

Maybe the United Nations and the International Red Cross should be required to answer this question.
