The resolution was supported by 94 countries.
The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution on the creation of a register of losses caused to Ukraine as a result of the war unleashed by the Russian Federation and the payment of reparations .
According to The Washington Post , the resolution was supported by 94 countries. Another 73 states abstained.
At the same time, 13 countries did not support the resolution. Among them: Belarus, Central African Republic, China, Cuba, North Korea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Iran, Mali, Nicaragua, Russian Federation, Syria and Zimbabwe.
It is noted that the UN states that supported the resolution recognize that “the Russian Federation must be held accountable for any violations of international law in Ukraine or against Ukraine, including its aggression in violation of the Charter of the United Nations, as well as any violations of international humanitarian law and international human rights law, and that it must bear the legal consequences of its internationally wrongful acts, including compensation for harm, in particular for any damage caused by such acts.”
In addition, with this support, they recognize the need to create, in cooperation with Ukraine, “an international mechanism for compensation for damage, loss or damage that is a consequence of the internationally wrongful acts of the Russian Federation in Ukraine or against Ukraine.”

I just skimmed the list. African countries in favour : Benin, Chad, Comoros, Cabo Verde, Djibouti, Ghana, Kenya, Kiribati, Liberia, Malawi, Maldives, Niger, Seychelles, Somalia, Togo.
They should be the only ones to get Ukrainian grain. The rest are enemies. Any other countries that abstained or voted with putler should be completely ostracised. Because they are shitholes run by nazi-loving scum.
Note also that Cambodia abstained: just after Dima Kuleba visited and had a good (at least he thought) reception.

The nays are hard-core shitholes, the abstainers are emerging shitholes. True justice would be all of them enjoying the benefits of getting invaded like Ukraine did.
Kinda surprised none of the south American countries voted no.
