The International Court of Justice  in The Hague has ruled that it has jurisdiction in the case of Ukraine against Russia regarding the “distortion of the concept of genocide.” As Radio Liberty writes , the court ruled that it could consider it on its merits.

As is known, on February 26, 2022, at the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, Ukraine filed a lawsuit accusing the aggressor country of abusing the International Convention on the Prevention of Genocide to justify a full-scale invasion.
