They concluded that the occupiers could not have manufactured it.

Russian invaders hit Kharkiv with a North Korean ballistic missile on January 2, United Nations observers are confident.

“The missile fragments found in Kharkiv on January 2, 2024, come from the DPRK Hwasong-11 series missile. This is a violation of the arms embargo on North Korea,” writes Reuters , citing a 32-page expert report.

The three observers found no evidence that the missile was made by Russia. At the same time, the report of the North Korea Sanctions Committee notes that they “were unable to independently determine where it was launched from and by whom.”

“The trajectory information provided by the Ukrainian authorities indicates that it was launched within the territory of the Russian Federation. Such a location, if the missile was under the control of Russian forces, likely indicates that it was acquired by citizens of the Russian Federation,” – they wrote.

Russia uses missiles from North Korea: what is known

As UNIAN reported, at the beginning of the year, the United States of America announced that the Russian army twice hit Ukraine with new ballistic missiles from North Korea – on December 30 and January 2.

Subsequently, the Prosecutor General’s Office reported that Ukraine already has evidence of the use of missiles made in North Korea in Kharkiv.

According to the British Conflict Armament Research, hundreds of components produced by European and American companies were found in these missiles.

  1. “This is a violation of the arms embargo on North Korea,”

So, what exactly will be done about this?

  2. “were unable to independently determine where it was launched from and by whom.”

It was launched from the planet Zog by fucking aliens. What a fucking useless organisation. They know exactly where it come from, and who fired it, but fear, corruption, or a mixture of both will ensure no action will be taken.
