You have a point but Biden doesn’t need Congress to send aid or ammo or weapons. Plus, he could also make the decision to use the frozen Moskali money and if this weren’t an election year, he might have.
I agree with you that weapons and ammo could be found and sent using other mechanisms. However the moskali money has lot of legal hoops to go though Brandon has no power over. That being said in the meantime we could tax the stuffing out of it quickly and legally and start sending it.
