rashists are tending to keep their distance when releasing their ordinance. Not sure what Ukraine could move forward or truck over to make rashist pilots more skittish of even being in area. Mortars and Manpads would be the portable options for crossover to help solidify control till ZSU works out a way to get heavier equipment across. But neither really have the range to keep rashist artillery or air power completely off of them.
