The decision of the Supreme Court of Ukraine is final and not subject to appeal.

The Supreme Court has finally banned the activities of the pro-Russian Sharia Party .
This is stated in the message of the Supreme Court in Facebook .
In particular, today the court, as part of a panel of judges of the Cassation Administrative Court, reviewed on appeal the case in which the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine asked the court to ban the activities of the Sharia Party political party.
“In the appeal, the party asked to cancel the decision of the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal, which satisfied the claims of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, namely, it banned the activities of the Sharia Party political party and transferred the property, funds and other assets of this party and its regional, city, district organizations, primary branches and other structural formations in the ownership of the state,” the message says.
“The Supreme Court adopted a decision by which it left the appeal of the Sharia Party political party unsatisfied, and the decision of the court of first instance remained unchanged,” the report says.
The decision is final and not subject to appeal.
Recall, the National Security and Defense Council for the period of martial law decided to ban the activities of pro-Russian parties, including the Sharia Party.

About time too, now get rid of all the other moskali quislings!
I hope they get the hint. If you love ruZZia go to ruZZia and stop the culture of ruZZki mir and populating other countries with your filth. Closing these “Parties”, sanctioning the ruZZo-oligarchs, closing the border, and refusing trade with the filth are all helping Ukraine fight corruption, death and decay.
I thought “Sharia” would have meant Iran? Because of the Iranian religious denominations within islam? Iran also considers itself somewhat of an ally to Russia, I think mostly because of how their government hates the United States, so I suppose I wouldn’t be surprised if they had a pro-Russia political party in Ukraine. Though I think that’s more like a situation of “the enemy of my enemy is my friend,” in regards to the Iran-Russia connection.
I also entertain that maybe there’s some detail I’m not aware of.
Anatoly Shariya is a pro-ruZZian slime journalist that started a political party in Ukraine even though he lives in Spain. Sorry to insult slimes in general…
Thanks for clearing that up Sir Red. I was a bit confused.
