The story about Putin “at the epicenter of the Ukrainian Armed Forces drone attack” in the Kursk region was invented in the Kremlin, – Russian media

The statement by the Russian Ministry of Defense that dictator Vladimir Putin’s helicopter had fallen “into the epicenter of an attack by Ukrainian drones” turned out to be a fabrication by the Kremlin.

This was reported by The Moscow Times,  citing four sources in the Kremlin,  Censor.NET reports .

When Putin visited the Kursk region for the first time since the fighting began , his helicopter, as Russian state media reported earlier this week, came under “fire from Ukrainian drones.” But this was not a combat event, but a carefully planned staging, the publication notes.

According to sources from The Moscow Times, Russian security forces promoted this shocking “risky” episode in the media in order to convince Russians that Putin is not hiding behind their backs, but is also taking risks and making sacrifices.

According to the publication, Putin was indeed in the Kursk region, where, according to the official version, he was heading by helicopter. And indeed, this region is regularly targeted by Ukrainian attacks.

However, according to officials, his security was ensured at the maximum level.

“No one would ever allow such criminal negligence. Even in a nightmare,” said one of the journalists’ interlocutors.

The “sensational” statement that the dictator’s helicopter allegedly found itself “at the epicenter of repelling a massive attack by enemy drones” was disseminated by the Russian Ministry of Defense through the state-run VDTRK television channel.

The Kremlin pool was not taken on this trip with Putin, nor was the team of professional cameramen. The filming was conducted by other people, including a security guard, two informed sources added to The Moscow Times. Джерело: https://censor.net/ua/n3555331

    • I still doubt it was really putler in Kursk. Maybe his double, but not the real nazi. He is afraid of people sneezing, let alone the intensity of the fighting in the Kursk. That’s probably the real reason the media was not also there.

      • You can doubt anything that comes from this crapper … except the evilness it brings to everything it touches.
