The ship was carrying cargo: Budanov revealed details of the destruction of the large landing ship “Caesar Kunikov”

According to the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, the enemy ship was destroyed by five naval drones.

The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, commented on the destruction of the Russian large landing ship Caesar Kunikov off the coast of occupied Alupka .

As Budanov noted in an ICTV commentary , the crew of the enemy ship is 90 people. How many of them the Russians managed to save is still unknown.

“The search and rescue operation of the Russians is still ongoing. They are looking for survivors, as it seems to them – so far the results are not very good. The ship was carrying cargo from the city of Novorossiysk to the city of Sevastopol. The ship was loaded and during the transition it was destroyed by 5 unmanned vehicles,” Budanov added.

He noted that we are talking about Magura V5 marine drones.
