During the attack on the miners’ bus in the Dnipropetrovsk region, Russians clearly saw civilians being killed. Defense Minister Advisor Serhiy “Flash” Beskrestov reported this on Telegram .

According to him, a group of “Shaheds”, controlled by operators via MASH radio modems, was flying along the road when they came across a bus.

“The pilot of the first Shahed saw a bus below and decided to attack it. The Shahed struck near the bus, and the driver, struck by the blast, lost control and crashed into a fence. The injured people began to leave the bus, helping each other. At this point, the operator of the second Shahed saw the people and aimed the Shahed directly at the civilians,” Flash reported.

He emphasized that Russian operators “100% saw and recognized the target as civilian,” but still made a conscious decision to attack.

“This is yet another instance of terrorism. I’m speechless,” the minister’s adviser added.
