The mayor of the city Igor Terekhov announced this on Telegram .

“Two missile strikes on the center of Kharkov. Where it has already flown several times. One office building has been destroyed. There is no information about the victims yet,” Terekhov said.

As UNIAN reported earlier, tonight Russia carried out a mass launch of missiles at Ukrainian cities from the territory of Belarus. Explosions have now been confirmed at a military facility in the Rivne region.
