The enemy is trying to attack Ukrainian positions near Chasovoy Yar “both head-on and along the flanks.”

The Russian occupiers are already quite close to Chasovy Yar  in the Donetsk region. However, engineering work was and is being carried out there, and the erected fortifications will not allow the enemy to take an “easy walk.”

The head of the press service of the operational-strategic group of troops “Khortitsa” Ilya Yevlash said this on air at the telethon. He noted that the Ukrainian military will “beat the enemy from all directions, with all available weapons and ammunition.”

According to him, the enemy is trying to attack Ukrainian positions near Chasovoy Yar “both head-on and along the flanks.” In particular, the enemy is using assault troops in the area of ​​the settlements of Ivanovskoye and Bogdanovka. It is noteworthy that in the last attack the Russians used buggies. 

“The ground there is quite soft now, if I may say so. It’s difficult to get there on foot with ammunition and ammo. They use such maneuverable all-terrain vehicles that several people, 5-6, can sit on, and on such vehicles they get to the front line,” explained Yevlash.
