The State Duma of the Russian Federation has put forward an initiative to significantly increase the militarization of the education system and begin preparing schoolchildren for direct military confrontation with NATO and European Union countries from the 5th grade.

Russian State Duma deputy Viktor Vodolatsky stated that military training should begin with children.
“We need to start with the younger generation. We need to introduce full-fledged NVP in schools. Starting from the fifth grade, as in the cadet corps, we need to teach disciplines that will allow girls and boys to be ready for any external challenges,” the Russian propagandist said.
