The Foreign Ministry has summoned the Chargé d’Affaires of the Netherlands in Russia. “The Dutch diplomat was told the need to immediately take comprehensive measures to prevent such incidents,” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

The ministry added that, in his opinion, “such unfriendly actions complicate the already difficult bilateral relations.”
