According to the Kremlin propagandist, the Americans “cannot come to terms with this, and will not be able to, and will not come to terms with this.”
Russia could destroy the United States of America in one hour. This statement was made by Kremlin propagandist Margarita Simonyan on Russian television.
“We are the only country in the world in the entire history of the United States and still today that can completely destroy the United States. For example, in an hour. Well, it doesn’t matter how much – but theoretically it can. And there are no other countries like this. And they will put up with they cannot, and will not be able to, and will not accept this,” Simonyan said.
Earlier this month, another Russian propagandist, Vladimir Solovyov, famously said that Russia should strike the headquarters of NATO, which has supported Ukraine’s war effort, a move that would trigger a much wider war.
In mid-January, former Russian President and Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said that Ukrainian attacks on missile sites on Russian territory with weapons provided by the United States or NATO could provoke a nuclear response from the Kremlin.

Doesn’t matter if Trump or anyone else is in power, Russia doesn’t have enough functioning ICBMs to accomplish this. That nuclear armament is mostly scrap metal. Who claims otherwise is lieing or believes in miracles.

They should come to terms with the reality they cannot totally crush the Syrian Rebels and the Kurdish SDF much less Ukraine.
What makes them think they will do any better against the US?
Well, Simonyan “forgot” to mention that Russia would be destroyed, too. Actually, much more so. And that it probably would only take a single nuke hit on Moscow to make the Putin regime crumble. Once all his sycophants there had been vaporized, who would be left to follow his orders? No amount of propaganda can change the fact that Russia wouldn’t even have a snowball’s chance in hell in that fight.
This constant talk about war and nukes and such is an expression of deep-seated fear of us.
