Emergency and rescue services are working to eliminate the consequences of the enemy attack, the OVA said.

In the evening of September 18, the Russian occupation forces attacked Sumy . As a result of another terrorist attack in the city, all water supply facilities have been cut off, and power outages are observed. 

“The enemy continues to terrorize the civilian population of the Sumy Region, striking critical infrastructure facilities in the region. Today, September 18, the Russians once again carried out an airstrike on the regional center. Power outages are possible. Emergency and rescue services are working to eliminate the consequences of the enemy attack,” reports Sumy Regional Military Administration.

At the same time, the press service of KP “Miskvodokanal” of the Sumy City Council announced that due to another attack by the enemy on September 18 at 10:03 p.m., all facilities of the water company were de-energized.Video of the day

“The transition to emergency backup power supply (except for the pumps of the third lift of the CTP) is underway. We are starting the water drainage system as a priority. In a few hours, water will be supplied to the city with reduced pressure,” the message says.
