The Russian army is “on the verge of capturing” Avdeevka, – The Telegraph

DeepState analysts partially confirm this information.

Despite the horrific loss of life, Vladimir Putin’s forces appear to finally be on the verge of capturing Avdiivka – or what’s left of it, The Telegraph writes  .

“Last week, Russian troops reached the devastated outskirts of the city, prompting a warning from Mayor Vitaly Barabash that the situation was now “critical,” the article said.

The publication writes that “the value of Avdiivka is more symbolic than strategic.”

“But if the Russians do win there, the narrative of victory may no longer be all about raw Russian military might. Questions will also be asked about whether Ukraine’s own forces are weakening, depleted not only by two years of relentless attacks but also by waning Western support.” , the author adds.

Glen Grant, a former British defense attache to the Baltics and a former adviser to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, said the general consensus was that if Avdiivka fell, it would be America’s fault.

“The delays in support were too great, the Ukrainians are running out of everything, and the Europeans are still unable to compensate for this loss. The main thing is that there is not enough artillery ammunition and missiles, sometimes there are almost none,” he explained.

It is argued that if Ukraine had even half the ammunition that Russia uses every day, it would now have a much better picture everywhere.

DeepState analysts partially confirm this information.

“The enemy has advanced east of Chasovoy Yar, in the north of Avdeevka, near Stepnoye, east of Kleshchievka and into Novomikhailovka,” their message says.

The situation in Avdeevka – details

Analysts believe that  our fighters may leave the city due to the fact that they do not have enough ammunition . DeepState reported on the 8th that the opponents  managed to capture 18% of the territory of Avdiivka .

Fighting is no longer taking place only in the private sector in the north of Avdeevka, but also within urban areas. This was stated by the speaker of the OSGV “Tavria” Dmitry Likhovoy.

  1. When will this nightmare end? When will Nato strike ruSSian forces inside Ukraine? My faith in the world is lost.

  2. The author of the article seems to be exaggerating a little. The situation is not good, but the Deep State map shows minor advances in Avdiivka, nowhere near capturing it. I’m not sure where this 18% comes from.
