On the night of March 4, Ukrainian drones attacked a number of important occupiers’ facilities on Russian territory. In particular, the invaders’ oil pumping infrastructure, which is involved in supplying Putin’s army, was hit.

The operation was carried out by the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces in cooperation with other components of the defense forces. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the General Staff, an oil pumping infrastructure that supplies fuel to the occupation army was attacked in the Rostov region of the Russian Federation. As a result of the fire damage, powerful explosions and a fire were recorded on the territory of the facility.

In addition, a hit was recorded on the production facilities of the Syzran oil refinery in the Samara region. The enemy actively tried to counter it with electronic warfare and air defense. However, after the UAV raid, a fire broke out at the enterprise.

In addition, the General Staff reported powerful explosions in the area of ​​the Sokhranovsky linear production department of main gas pipelines in the Rostov region. Detailed information about the consequences of the damage to the facilities is being clarified.

“The defense forces continue to take all measures to undermine the military-economic potential of the Russian occupiers and force the Russian Federation to cease armed aggression against Ukraine,” the military leadership of Ukraine reported.

As a reminder, explosions were heard in the Samara region of the Russian Federation on the night of March 4. Drones attacked the Syzran oil refinery (REF). Local residents said they heard an explosion above the plant.

It was previously reported that a large fire broke out at an oil depot/pumping station  in Chertkov, Rostov Oblast, Russia, on the evening of March 3. The fire on the oil pipeline and the “massive attack” were confirmed by the acting governor of the Rostov Oblast, Yuriy Slyusar.

As OBOZ.UA reported, on the night of March 3 , an explosion occurred near an oil refinery in Ufa, which was recorded by surveillance cameras. According to preliminary data, the incident occurred at around 2:38 a.m. local time, and before the explosion, local residents heard a noise similar to the flight of drones.
