An opposition Russian politician spoke about how the collapse of the Russian economy could lead to a turning point in the war in Ukraine.

By the end of 2022, there will be a turning point in the war in Ukraine . The Russian Federation is in trouble.
This opinion was voiced by the former Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Kasyanov on the air of the FREEDOM TV project.
According to him, it is the collapse of the Russian economy that can lead to the victory of the Ukrainian army, which is increasing its potential every day.
“Now, after 4 months, there is already a war of attrition. In practice, the war has turned into a competition of economic and military potentials. Of course, for Putin’s Russia, this is a difficult test, taking into account the same sanctions, the effect of which is growing every week, every month. We see inflation: any survey of people on the street shows that food, medicines have risen in price by at least 2 times,” the politician says.
According to him, the automotive industry in Russia collapsed altogether.
“3,700 cars were produced in a month instead of 100,000. All factories stopped, except for the production of Lada. The tragedy spread throughout the economy. All supply chains of the entire industry were actually broken. Since Russia was integrated into the outside world. Yes, the Russian Federation is an export-oriented country, but without imports, which have collapsed by half, the trouble is growing every month,” says Kasyanov.
He is sure that by the end of the year the situation will be completely serous.
“Given the growing military potential of the Ukrainian army and the shrinking economic potential of Russia, the situation at the front may turn around by the end of the year,” the politician is sure.

We just have to assure that a whole lot more orcs are getting killed than can be replaced, and the war will be over sooner than an economic collapse in mafia land.
