According to Fedorov, the dictator suffers from persecution mania and this creates additional tension around him.
The Victory Parade, scheduled for May 9 in the Russian capital , may last only 20 minutes – Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin fears not only a strike from the Ukrainian Armed Forces, but also “internal troubles.” This opinion was expressed by military expert Yuri Fedorov on the YouTube channel The Breakfast Show .

The broadcast stated that, according to an official statement from the relevant Russian ministry, access to the mobile Internet will be restricted in Moscow on May 9, including whitelisting sites, to ensure the security of Victory Day celebrations. It was also reported that 40 new air defense “points” were being installed around Moscow, which was done to the detriment of other Russian regions.
“It is clear that additional air defense means cannot be taken from the sky. This means that they must be taken from someone, from some other direction. But this means exposing Russian regions – such actions, of course, cannot cause a seizure in these regions… Why are the Russian authorities turning off any Internet? There are two possible explanations here. The first is to prevent the use of appropriate communication between drones flying from Ukraine and their operators,” Fedorov said.
At the same time, according to him, another explanation suggests itself – the Russian authorities are afraid that some drones may fly to Red Square not from Ukraine, but from somewhere in Russia. For example, from the cities of Moscow Region Mytishchi, Lyubertsy or other suburbs of the Russian capital. The expert noted:
“They will fly in to strike, even “it’s scary to say” – at the Supreme Commander-in-Chief or at the people gathered on Red Square. I have a feeling that the Russian president’s security service is strongly intimidating him with such possible actions… Putin, of course, suffers from paranoia, in particular persecution mania – this has long been known. And this creates additional tension around him.”
He also analyzed a video showing a rehearsal for a parade scheduled for May 9 in Moscow. According to him, what the Russian authorities released is a shortened version of the traditional parade. The rehearsal probably took place on the banks of the Moskva River, west of the Kremlin, Fedorov suggests.
He notes that the video shows, in particular, up to five so-called consolidated formations, each of which has from 200 to 400 people. Each such formation crosses Red Square for 3-4 minutes. Together with other protocol measures, Fedorov suggests, and Putin’s speech, which is likely to be short, the entire parade will last about 20 minutes.
“I think that such a shortened program was made in order to minimize the threat that Moscow expects… Apparently, the threats are different: either drones, missiles from Ukraine, or some kind of trouble…” said Fedorov.

Pathetic! Pathetic creature, pathetic regime, pathetic country.
This parade sure ain’t projecting strength. The guest list is a who’s who of nobodies watching a militaty parade minus the military. Brezhnev will be turning over in his grave, watching how putler destroyed mafia land and made them a laughingstock.
Indeed, the stupid parade is a reflection of what is left of the mafia state. 😂😂😂
A 20 minute parade attended by a putler body double surrounded by women and kids.
With no military equipment.
