The Ombudsman reviewed the video of another war crime by the occupiers and appealed to international organizations.

As reported by the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Dmytro Lubinets, he has already reviewed the video published by the 110th Military District of the Military District named after Colonel-General Mark Bezruchko. The Ombudsman will report the war crime of the Russian Federation to the UN and the International Committee of the Red Cross.

“Russian war criminals who execute Ukrainian prisoners of war must appear before an international tribunal and face the harshest punishment provided for by law!” Lubinets said.
