The occupier’s oil production has dropped by 21%: 2 Russian refineries were hit by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, – “Magyar”

On the night of August 28, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed another 4.7% of fuel production in Russia. The Kuibyshev Oil Refinery in the Samara Region and the Afipsky Refinery in the Krasnodar Territory were hit.

“In total, the occupier’s oil column lost 21% of its weight in two weeks of August 2025,” said the commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces, “Magyar,” on Telegram .

According to him, the Kuibyshev Refinery produced 7 million tons of oil per year, which is 2.5% of the total volume. The strike on this infrastructure facility was carried out by the 14th SBS Regiment together with the SSO.

The Afipsky Refinery, for its part, produced 6.25 million tons of oil per year (2.2% of the total). The strike on it was also carried out by the 14th SBS Regiment, but this time together with the GUR of the Ministry of Defense.

“Worm gasoline becomes a scarce liquid, and gas and oil become flammable,” Robert Brody emphasized.
