A military court in Rostov-on-Don has sentenced three residents of occupied Melitopol, accused of organizing sabotage. Artem Murdid received a life sentence, his mother Hanna Murdid received 22 years in prison, and his wife Anna Voshkoder received 20 years in a penal colony. This is reported by “Mediazona”.
According to the investigation, the family acted on the instructions of an “unidentified SBU employee” and prepared explosions in the occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia region. The only successful one, according to the prosecution, was the explosion of the car of the director of the local SUP “City Transport” Ivan Tkach – he died in the hospital, his colleague was seriously injured.
Other episodes — attempts to attack the railway and collaborators, including the “head of the military-civilian administration” of Melitopol — were unsuccessful, according to the case materials.
In their final statements, all three alleged torture and pressure from Russian security forces. Artem Murdid said he testified under torture. Hanna Murdid said she was beaten and electrocuted after her arrest.
The occupation court found the family guilty of a number of serious charges, including “a terrorist act” and “participation in a sabotage group.” Джерело: https://censor.net/ua/n3555765
