A Russian drone attacked a Ukrposhta vehicle near Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region . The head of the mobile unit was killed and the driver was injured as a result of the enemy attack.
This was reported in a telegram by the General Director of Ukrposhta, Igor Smilyansky, reports Censor.NET.
“In the Donetsk region, near Kramatorsk, as a result of enemy shelling, we lost our colleague, Olga Bordunova, the head of the mobile unit. On August 10, Olga would have turned 47. An enemy drone hit our car, killing Olga and wounding our driver Pavlo. Fortunately, his condition is improving, and doctors are providing him with all the necessary assistance,” said Smilyansky.
He thanked the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in particular the 56th Brigade, who did everything possible to save the driver and tried to help Olga until the last moment.
“This is yet another proof of our enemy’s crimes – targeted attacks on civilian infrastructure,” the official stressed.
He also said that today an enemy drone attacked a Ukrposhta vehicle in the Kherson region, but there were no casualties.
