Russia is preparing for covert mobilization in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine , allowing even those who do not have Russian citizenship to sign contracts with the Russian army.

This was reported by the Center for National Resistance, Censor.NET reports .

As noted, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has signed a law that removes the requirement for a Russian passport for contract service. At the same time, fines have been significantly increased – up to 20,000 rubles – for failure to notify the military registration and enlistment office of a change of residence.
