For one military facility fired upon by the Russians, there are 73 civilian ones .
This is evidenced by the data announced by the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yevgeny Enin.
“We see numbers – more than 22,000 civilian targets hit and only about 300 military targets. We see how cruise missiles fly directly over nuclear power facilities, we see enemy missiles hit critical infrastructure facilities, chemical production,” Yenin said
The deputy minister noted that Russian troops are also hitting cultural heritage sites, including religious buildings, shopping centers, and schools.
Yenin stressed that anyone can become the target of missile and bomb strikes by Russian troops.
As UNIAN wrote, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy constantly records episodes of damage and destruction of cultural heritage sites and cultural institutions.
As of mid-July, 128 sites with official monument status have been damaged; 147 religious buildings (50 of them are registered as monuments of history, architecture and urban planning or valuable historical buildings).
In addition, 33 museums and reserves, 59 cultural centers, theaters and cinemas, 40 libraries were damaged.

Looking at percentages they are only hitting military targets 1-2% of the time. Most of their time they spend just being assholes.

Hitting civilian targets is easier for the orcs than military ones. It’s also easier to terrorize the civilian population than soldiers.
