The New York Times “On Saturday, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), just days before she is expected to resign from Congress, accused President Trump of walking away from his ‘America First’ promise to end overseas wars.
“She said ‘Americans’ disgust with our own government’s never ending military aggression and support of foreign wars is justified because we are forced to pay for it.
‘Both parties, Republicans and Democrats, always keep the Washington military machine funded and going.’ Greene is a one-time Trump ally, posted on social media.
‘This is what many in MAGA thought they voted to end. Boy, were we wrong.’ Greene is frequently praised by the radical left groups such as Code Pink and the Quincy Institute because of her isolationism.
Candace Owens and Greene are furious because they both say Trump is now advocating “regime change policies” in Venezuela and Iran, and he’s continuing to support Ukraine. A Russian victory wiping Ukraine off the map would not bother them.

Lana “Sati” Chornohorska — volunteer fighter, drone operator, artist, and journalist — was killed on 1 January in the south of Ukraine, struck by an enemy drone.
From the first days of the invasion, she helped others, first as a volunteer, then as a soldier. In 2024, she joined the Ukrainian Volunteer Army, mastering drone operations and serving as a pilot and navigator.
Her comrades remember her as principled, devoted, and endlessly loyal — someone who was always there when needed.
Before the war, she worked in the media and public sector, creating and supporting cultural projects.
Even at the front, she remained true to herself — an artist and idealist who believed in freedom and fought for it until her last day.
