Part of the system is already used by the Ukrainian military.
Israel handed Ukraine everything necessary for the implementation of the early warning system . As the ambassador of Ukraine in this country Yevhen Korniychuk reported, the launch of the system is in the final stage.

According to the diplomat quoted by “RBK-Ukraine”, part of the system is already used by the Ukrainian military. These are Israeli-made three-dimensional radars that can be purchased in large quantities.
Korniychuk said that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy offered cooperation to the Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu in the matter of destroying Iranian drones.
“We see that our two wars are very closely connected. We have common partners… and common enemies – Iran and its proxies, behind which the Russian Federation stands. Huge warehouses of Russian weapons, fresh, produced last year, were used in Lebanon. “I will not be surprised if North Korean missiles are found there tomorrow. Because these are parts of the same axis of evil today,” he emphasized.
Alert system from Israel – what is known
In 2023, it was reported that Israel would help Ukraine with the development of a “smart” warning system for aerial missile and drone attacks. This system was to be tested in Kyiv in May 2023. It was expected that if the tests were successful, the system would be fully operational already in the summer.
As indicated, the system was supposed to connect to the Ukrainian radar system and thus send alert signals faster and more accurately to citizens’ mobile phones and turn on sound signals only in places where missiles can hit. In addition, through a mobile application, the system will notify people how much time they have to take shelter.
Despite this, the system still does not work. In Israel they said that the problem is not on their side.
“Questions are for Ukraine, not for us. We have fulfilled everything we promised. Therefore, turn to your structures that are involved in the implementation of the Israeli system ,” said the Ambassador of Israel to Ukraine, Michael Brodsky.
