The Kremlin explained whether there are preconditions for ending the war in Ukraine

The press secretary of the Russian president stated that there are currently no preconditions for ending any phase of the war in Ukraine.

There are currently no preconditions for ending a full-scale war in Ukraine or any of its phases. This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov, Russian media reported .

He noted that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has no international contacts scheduled for December 30.
