Protests are erupting all across Iran, and the situation is only getting worse. In fact, things have now reached a tipping point, and the Ayatollah has a plan to flee to Russia. Donald Trump has threatened military intervention, which could be imminent. The situation is eerily similar to what caused the collapse of the Persian monarchy and led to the creation of the Iranian regime in the first place – except it’s actually even worse. Let’s look at what’s going, and what makes these protests different from protests in previous years – and why it’s so scary for the Ayatollah regime.
