The forces of unmanned systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to strike important objects for the Russian invaders deep in the temporarily occupied territories. In 48 hours, Ukrainian pilots destroyed six enemy air defense systems in the Donetsk and Zaporizhia regions.
Strikes were carried out on Russian anti-aircraft missile systems and a radar system . This was reported by the commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ SBS, Robert Brovdi “Magyar” in his Telegram channel.
“The SBS birds took out 6 air defense systems and radars from the Worm air defense system in 48 hours, using middle strike means in the operational* depth of the occupied territories of the Donetsk and Zaporizhia regions,” he wrote.
The operational depth of the strikes was from 46 to 160 km from the contact line. Drones with warheads weighing more than 10 kg were used , which left no chance for further combat capability for the lightly armored but expensive vehicles of the invaders.
Where and what air defense systems were hit:
– SAM “Tor” (Mariupol district, Donetsk region);
– Radar “Vityaz” 50N6E (Mariupol district, Donetsk region);
– Buk air defense system (Polohiv district, Zaporizhia region);
– Buk-M1 air defense system (Volnovakha district, Donetsk region);
– “Strila-10” air defense system (Polohiv district, Zaporizhia region);
– SAM “Tor-M2” (Polohiv district, Zaporizhia region).
The strikes were carried out by fighters of the 412th separate brigade of unmanned systems NEMESIS in coordination with the newly created Deep Destruction Center of the SBS Group. The operation was carried out within 48 hours on January 12-14, 2026. The Strela-10 air defense system was hit by pilots of the 413th separate regiment of unmanned systems “Reid”.
As OBOZ.UA reported, on January 12, in the Zaporizhia and Donetsk directions, units of the Forces of Unmanned Systems of Ukraine launched a series of high-precision strikes on the air defense of the Russian occupiers. As a result of the combat operation, three key elements of the enemy’s air defense were destroyed at once : the Prima P-18 radar station, the Tor anti-aircraft missile system, and the Tunguska anti-aircraft missile and gun system.
A good move by Madyar Birds. This makes it safer for Ukrainian pilots flying combat missions and Ukrainian drones on their way to destroy mafia oil depots, energy infrastructure, refineries, and so on.
