Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups (hereinafter referred to as DRG) have begun entering Pokrovsk, Donetsk region, according to the  DeepState project .

The authors note that the search and destruction of enemy groups is ongoing. 

“The enemy’s goal is obvious – to gain a foothold, wait for reinforcements to arrive, and take control of Defenders of Ukraine Street,” the publication says. 

DeepState added that, unfortunately, there are losses on the Ukrainian side. In addition, there are cases of “friendly fire”, the authors emphasized:

“Unfortunately, there are losses on our side as well. In addition, the amount of friendly fire has increased, because everyone knew about the “DRG” almost immediately, but most had no understanding of the routes, or how and where they were.”

It is noted that a video has already appeared on the Internet , showing how the Defense Forces fighters fell into an enemy ambush in Pokrovsk.
