The Internet “collapsed” in Russia: the largest failure occurred

A large number of Russians cannot use various online services, including taxi-hailing apps.

The largest Internet outage has been recorded in Russia . According to the downdetector.su service , tens of thousands of Russian users experienced problems.

It is noted that the largest number of complaints came from users in St. Petersburg. The service registered more than 4,000 complaints from this city.

In particular, there is a disruption in the work of communication operators MTS, Beeline and Rostelecom. Because of this, a large number of Russians cannot use various Internet services, including taxi-hailing applications, which they complain about on social networks.

According to reports on social media, the internet outage affected 79 of Russia’s 89 regions. In 48 of them, problems were observed with wired internet. Users also complain about voice communication and mobile internet disruptions.Read also:
