The head of the Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee for the Perm Territory, Sergei Sarapultsev, was found dead in his apartment. This was reported by Kommersant, citing sources.
According to a TASS source, Sarapultsev committed suicide. The source of “Interfax” said that the reason for this act was “problems in the family.”

On September 21, 18-year-old student Timur Bekmansurov opened fire on the territory of Perm State University. As a result of his actions, six people died and more than twenty were injured.
