The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba has announced the full list of participants in the founding summit of the Crimean Platform for the Occupation of the Peninsula.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Kuleba said this during an online briefing.
“On August 23, the founders of the Crimean Platform will be 44 states and international organizations. These are 14 heads of state, government and the European Union. At the level of presidents will be represented: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Moldova, Slovenia, Finland. “The President of the European Council (Charles Michel) will take part in the Crimean Platform. Romania, Georgia, Croatia and Sweden will be represented at the level of prime ministers. Two states will be represented at the level of heads of parliaments: the Czech Republic and Switzerland,” he said. Kuleba.

At the same time, the United States will be represented by President Joe Biden’s personal envoy, Transport Secretary Peter Buttige.
Norway will be represented by Foreign Minister Audun Halvorsen.
The summit will also be attended by three international organizations (NATO, the Council of Europe, GUAM) and the European Commission, headed by Valdis Dombrovskis, Executive Vice President of the European Commission for Economics for People and Financial Services.
In particular, NATO will be represented by Deputy Secretary General Mircea Geoane, the Council of Europe will be represented by Secretary General Maria Peychinovych-Burich, and GUAM will be represented by Secretary General Altai Efendiyev.
In addition, 7 countries will be represented at the level of ambassadors: New Zealand, Malta, Japan, Australia, Cyprus, Canada and Greece.
