The structure weighs 48 tons and consists of 8 sections. The platform underneath is reinforced with 245 cubes of concrete.
“Geologists first recommended putting a flagpole on piles, but then they gave a conclusion that an anchor basket should be installed. That is, to install it on a concrete stand, ”added Yury Kozinsky.
