The first train from Kyiv since the beginning of the full-scale Russian aggression left for Kherson, liberated from the occupiers  .

“The first train left for Kherson! This is our victory train! The carriages are carrying 200 passengers who bought tickets “to victory” in the joint initiative of “Ukrzaliznytsia” and UNITED24,” the President’s Office said in a statement.

It is noted that the train to Kherson will depart from Kyiv on even numbers, and will return on odd numbers.

“Just like this train, we will return everything for a normal life to Kherson,” the OP emphasized.

New flights from “Ukrazaliznytsia”: details

On November 13, Ukrzaliznytsia and the UNITED24 platform launched the “Tickets to Victory” charity project.

As part of the project  , the sale of tickets to the de-occupied Kherson , as well as Mariupol, Donetsk, Luhansk and Simferopol, which can be used immediately after the de-occupation of these cities, has been opened.

“Ukrzaliznytsia” opens the sale of symbolic tickets for the first flight to temporarily occupied Sevastopol. 

“Ukrzaliznytsia” opened the sale of tickets for train #112/111 Kyiv — Izyum, the first flight of which left Kyiv on November 17.

On November 14, Ukrzaliznytsia resumed passenger service with Mykolaiv for the first time since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia on February 24, 2022 .
