“Half of (our) company was 𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 during the first night.”

📉 From a company of 100 russian invaders, only 12 remain.

🎤 Anton Andreyev speaks of the russian failed offensive on the Ukrainian city of Vovchansk. He’s a contract soldier of the Russian Armed Forces from the 5th company of the 1009th regiment.

☝️ Officers said his company was told to stay on the border with #Ukraine
…but they were sent into Vovchansk instead.

Showing once again that Moscow lies to its own soldiers
As much as it lies to the rest of the world
“They said they’ll only go to the border…”

💥 But even before the offensive, even before taking one of the strongholds, invaders were hit by artillery fire.

“The operation started already out of time. They [commanders] started to push us “forward and forward”. Mortars were firing, and people were sent there. Half of the company was 𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 during the first night. Most of them were wounded, thank God. But there were also a lot of 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐝,”

❗ According to Andreyev, the officers sent the fighters to Vovchansk with nothing but body armors and assault rifles. They managed to take one of the streets in the city on the first night, but after that, large-scale losses began – fresh groups from the training units could not pass two houses, as they were crushed by machine guns and hit by drones.
Only one man was left in one of the groups.

“You pass a street, it seems everything is okay, but then you get under the fire – under machine guns, especially drones – they eliminate so many troops! And the commanders on the radio shouting “forward, forward!”. You can’t move back. When 5-10 people from all groups are left, maybe they will let us retreat,” Andreyev describes the storming of the streets in Vovchansk.

🍖 “’They just 𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 us and that’s it. Sent under machine guns, under drones in daylight hours. Meat assaults. So I don’t know if I’ll be wounded or 𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 . Well, and I understand that our leadership is given an order, and those who sit in Moscow, they don’t care,” Andreyev says.

Should have thought of that before signing a contract to invade and 𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 Ukrainians.

☝️ Anton chose his fate.
You can still feel sorry for him.
You may even want to help him.

🚨 But know that no amount of ‘negotiations’ will stop Moscow from sending more men to 𝐝𝐢𝐞 at the front.

Since at this point, Putin needs to wage war to stay in power.

And no amount of appeasing Moscow will stop this war.

Only Moscow’s defeat will.

  1. Maybe even anonymously, with a few scattered remains buried in a massgrave. It’s well known that the RuSSian state makes no efforts to id fallen soldiers, in order to save the bonus sum for the relatives. 👿

  2. “… and those who sit in Moscow, they don’t care,”

They never have and never will.
