  1. This story seemed like an interesting development, though I don’t know if he really will move. At the moment, prigozhin is in a position to seize power in the kremlin. Either he really is just tired of the whole russian mess (which I find unlikely) or lukashenko wants a true enemy of putin as an ally.

    Belarusians should watch out.

    • It also still leaves a power vacuum for some other russian to take over.

Maybe this will be an opportunity for Alexei Navalny to get out? From what I remember of him, he tried very hard to push anti-corruption reforms, and though he’s still in prison as far as I know, he’s popular in America for a possible alternative to putin. If he’s as serious as he seems against corruption, then I think he’s the most likely to negotiate the terms of russian surrender, probably returning all the captured territory and maybe even to send material for rebuilding Ukrainian infrastructure.

    • I think that right now, there isn’t an expert out there who isn’t confused by all of this. He had the rat cornered and then just gives up. Maybe I should down a bottle of vodka in order to understand?

      • lol.
Sounds like a plan to me, maybe I should too 🙂
Maybe it would be a fun way to celebrate my upcoming birthday. lol 😆
