Yet Russia’s losses continue to mount. UK defense intelligence estimates Moscow has suffered more than one million killed and wounded since launching its full-scale invasion, while independent investigators from Mediazona and BBC Russian have identified over 200,000 Russian soldiers killed by name. Despite the staggering toll, the Kremlin is reportedly preparing to mobilize up to another 500,000 troops.
