The European Union introduced sanctions against the largest operator of container transportation in Russia
The European Union introduced sanctions against six individuals and legal entities from the Russian Federation due to their involvement in Russian aggression against Ukraine.

In particular, the Russian company “Transcontainer” has come under sanctions, reports Ukrinform with reference to the Official Journal of the EU.
It is a Russian intermodal container operator that operates the largest fleet of containers and fitting platforms in Russia.
The EU explained that this company provides services at the new terminal in the special economic zone “Alabuga”, which is connected with the supply of Shahed-type kamikaze drones, which the Russians use to attack Ukraine. In addition, “Transcontainer” is associated with the supply of weapons from the DPRK and logistical support of the war in Ukraine.
In addition to the company itself, Mykhailo Kontserev, the general director of Transcontainer, was also included in the EU sanctions list.
In addition, sanctions were introduced against the Russian financial services firm “Titul” and its chairman, Dmytro Beloglazov.
Iliadis and Rasperia Trading Limited were also included in the list of sanctions. The latter owns shares of the European company Strabag SE, which were frozen because Rasperia was under the control of sanctioned Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska. Джерело: https://biz.censor.net/n3497188
