By cutting off intelligence assistance and limiting Starlink operations , US President Donald Trump is trying to force Ukraine to capitulate. This was stated on Radio NV by Anatoly Khrapchinsky, director of defense enterprise development and a reserve officer in the Ukrainian Air Force.

He noted that Trump is actively trying to save Russia from defeat in the war, and therefore wants to bring Ukraine to the negotiating table and force it to capitulate there.

He recalled that initially, there were restrictions on the provision of intelligence data, and later, restrictions on the use of Starlink satellite communications. “This is a comprehensive attempt to limit our capabilities in order to force us to capitulate,” Khrapchinsky emphasized.

According to him, since Ukraine’s strikes on warehouses and data centers in Russia demonstrated to the Russian population that the war has reached them, Putin will do everything to secure support from any country. He added that Ukraine has seriously lost the information war, since most Americans and Europeans do not understand what Ukraine is fighting for.

Khrapchinsky emphasized that we need our own capabilities – an alternative communications system and an early warning system. He added that Europe also needs to work on this. “After all, today the US didn’t provide data to Ukraine, and tomorrow they won’t provide it to Europe,” the expert noted.

According to him, the US had been warning Ukraine about Russian ballistic missile launches for a long time, but never provided us with the exact locations of the launchers in real time. He added that most of them were destroyed by the Defense Forces thanks to their own intelligence and that of their European partners.

“It’s one thing to sign the ‘diesel agreement,’ but quite another to withhold information about the enemy’s use of ballistic missile strikes when it leads to a humanitarian catastrophe. And that’s directly involving the United States in the war on Russia’s side,” he emphasized.

According to him, the failure to share intelligence with Ukraine and the restrictions on Starlink’s operations gave Russia a break during the war. “The enemy has now gained a respite because of this,” Khrapchinsky emphasized.

He added that the enemy currently faces numerous challenges, particularly informational and military ones. He emphasized that Ukraine must now withstand pressure from Russia and the United States and prove that it can continue to fight for its independence.
