Ilya Kiva, a scandalous People’s Deputy from OLE, congratulated Russian President Vladimir Putin on his birthday, calling him “the great leader of a people friendly to Ukraine.”

The MP posted a video of congratulations on his Telegram page.

“Today I want to congratulate the leader, really the leader of my nation and our friendly people, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. Happy birthday to you, strength and God’s blessing and health, ”Kiva said.

He noted that the president of the aggressor country “returned to his country its former greatness and respect throughout the world.”

“You are the person who is writing a new history of the Slavic world and Slavic unity,” added the scandalous People’s Deputy.

We will remind, today in the Verkhovna Rada the people’s deputies sang a “Ukrainian folk song” to Putin .
