The defense forces have eliminated about 1,330 servicemen of the occupying Russian army at the front in the past day. They have also destroyed at least
half a thousand units of its military equipment and weapons.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to data as of March 21, the losses of personnel of the Russian Armed Forces, which they have suffered in Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, reach 900,800 invaders killed and wounded.
The day before, Ukrainian soldiers neutralized 101 artillery systems (a total of 24,848), 28 armored combat vehicles (21,589), 17 tanks (10,394), two MLRS (1,324) and an air defense system (1,111) of the invaders.
In the sky, the defenders shot down 185 Russian operational-tactical drones (a total of 30,080). On the ground, they burned another 165 enemy vehicles and tankers (a total of 41,259), and two special vehicles (3,782).
During the full-scale war, the Defense Forces also shot down 3,121 cruise missiles, 370 aircraft, 331 helicopters, and sank 28 ships/boats and a submarine of the Russian Federation.
As OBOZ.UA reported, according to British intelligence estimates, the Russian Armed Forces have lost about 900,000 soldiers killed and wounded since the invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. Of these, 200,000 to 250,000 occupiers are likely to have died , which is Russia’s largest losses since World War II.
